Lake-Geauga Habitat for Humanity ReStore

About James Rosebush James Rosebush is chief executive officer of the international consulting firm, GrowthStrategy, Inc. He served in the Reagan White House as a deputy assistant to the president, the chief of staff to first lady, Nancy Reagan, and a senior advisor where he managed the president's Private Sector Initiatives program designed to engender private sector solutions for public problems. We invite you to attend the first Lake County Employer Re-entry Seminar, a FREE event which will focus on the opportunities available for business to participate in re-entry.  This event will provide guidance, as well as legal advice, tax credit information and real-life examples of the benefits and risks of hiring returning citizens after serving criminal sentences.  Perhaps you've considered hiring someone with a criminal history but aren't quite sure if it's worth the risk.  There are tax incentives and risk protection available to you that will be presented.  There is also specialized training available to inmates that makes them vital to the workforce, once they've paid their debt to society.  Being informed on these issues is a wonderful way to learn how being a part of the solution in today's re-entry issue can also benefit you professionally and personally.
